Can someone explain why the weakest evidence imaginable belongs here? The phrase "controlled opposition" is thrown around like confetti - yet how could it be more justified than this, someone gathering this lamest of the lame evidence and putting it with the stealing of the 2020 election and so on? I'm genuinely curious - how does this make any sense at all?

Would you like to say how you know Musk's father? Miles Mathis considers Elon to be a fraud, as do I. The car sent into space and the rockets that supposedly landed backwards simultaneously were, to me, obvious frauds.
I was intending to sail around the world but many events intervened and I eventually (and sadly) decided to sell in 2006/7. I advertised the sale at FBYC and a fellow asked for a test sail. My good friend Otto and I took him out for a run in False Bay and whilst we chatted in the cockpit over a beer or two he remarked that his son was a millionaire in USA.
We didn't know him from Adam and we both acknowledged that this sort of eccentric person would be good for the club! On return, when we talked over a beer in the bar, Errol said he would like to buy 'Do-It-Now', (my Tosca 36 and her mooring in the marina), and he wrote a cheque there and then! We were shocked but ran to the bank and cleared it pronto!.
Errol stayed on the yacht for many months at FBYC (with an African Grey parrot no less) and we became good friends. He told me and my wife all sorts of intimacies about his life as an engineer and family and lots about Elon's early life. The CIA connection was never mentioned but it was clear that all was not as it appeared. In the ten years I was at FBYC we met many odd characters doing extraordinary things from a NSA decryption expert (Mexico Mike) to Kansas Jimmy (a Nam Vet) who sailed a black 40 footer single-handed with totally black sails! He said it was to avoid pirates but that's only one of many stories!

I am a supporter of 'some' elements in Austrian economics, like small government but sound money is a problem. The global south are going for a commodities-based currency which I favour. Fiat currency systems work well when the economy is expanding as it has been so for the last 200 years (thanks to oil) but this has changed now due to EROEI which I explained in my essay here: https://austrianpeter.substack.com/p/the-financial-jigsaw-part-2-the-end?s=w
