LINKS
URLs should automatically have hyperlinks, like this> http://qdl.scs-inc.us/?top=6031.
URLs for substack posts should have options for writers to show to readers as either normal, like other hyperlinked URLs, like this> https:// naturalremedieswiki.substack.com/p/list-of-ailments-and-natural-remedies, or as big prominent boxes to click on, like this> https://naturalremedieswiki.substack.com/p/list-of-ailments-and-natural-remedies.
YOUTUBE VIDEOS
Writers should have the option to show Youtube videos as hyperlinked URLs, like this> https:// youtube.com/watch?v=4GIpf5GbtXM&t=7s, or as prominent clickable pics, like this>
SUBSTACK SUSTAINABILITY
Substack users should have a guarantee that Substack will never be allowed to go the way of other platforms that cater increasingly to big money interests, leaving the common people abandoned.
SEARCH ENGINES
Substack owners should help find ways to get a Search Engine that gets lots of results that users want, not results that the gov't or big corporations want users to see. Search Engines used to say a search got thousands or millions of results and users could view results on any page of results. And the results weren't the same websites over and over. Now, they may say a search got a million results, but they only show about 50 pages and the same websites are shown repeatedly on those pages, reducing the actual number to about 20 results altogether. And they completely ignore the kinds of results that many users want to find, like alternative, instead of mainstream.
A.I.
Substack should help users have access to Artificial Intelligence that isn't biased, or that is biased by the users, not the A.I. owners. I wrote 3 posts recently at https://ilki.substack.com/archive showing some of the malevolent features of Bing A.I. etc. We want friendly A.I., not A.I. that has a mind of its own (I mean a mind of the conspirators).
CHAT BOX
I know app’s are said to be available for writers and readers to have live discussions, but I’m afraid of app’s. How about giving writers chat boxes, or something like that? Does anyone know if the app’s are useful?
GROUP WRITING
Something like an etherpad would be good for several people to work together to write something and post it. Maybe do artwork together too etc.
SEARCHING COMMENTS
It’s very hard to find things in comments, such as a specific person’s comment that you want to reread or copy etc. If there are many comments, you have to go to the bottom of the page to open up more of the comments. It’s laborious and often futile. We want it to be EASY. Don’t we! Yes!
